PMI's vision of making project management indispensable for business results is exciting, but is it a myth? What do we need to do to make this real? For the first time two of today's leading minds in project management (PM) will present a joint keynote and bring a worldwide perspective to the subject. They will outline the future and challenge project managers to think differently in this engaging keynote address. The current state of organizational project management reality will be outlined, based on their wide experience. You will be challenged to generate ideas for PM leadership at the organizational, as well as personal level. This keynote will address:

Jack S. Duggal, MBA, PMP, an international speaker, trainer, consultant and coach, is a leading practitioner who brings a unique blend of practical hands-on experience with innovative ideas and solutions to deal with the real-world challenges of complex environments.  He is a recognized expert in Organizational Program Management, Program Management Office (PMO) design and implementation and has developed a framework for PMO and Portfolio Management. He has implemented PMO’s for multiple Fortune companies, facilitated large-scale organizational change, designed and led comprehensive training programs, personally managed multi-million dollar technology projects, and been an executive coach and mentor to different levels of management. Jack is a Seminar Leader in PMI’s Seminars World program and leads seminars around the world. Jack is also an Adjunct Professor teaching graduate courses in the MBA and Executive programs teaching project management, managing technology and strategic information systems courses. Jack is the managing principal of Projectize Group, LLC, specializing in next generation tools, training and consulting in project management and business process management. He works with leading companies worldwide in training and consulting engagements. Jack is a member of SNEC-PMI.
Michel Thiry - MSc,TVM, PMP - Michel has 30 years experience working in North America and Europe. He holds an MSc from the School of Management and Organizational Behavior, University of London and regularly speaks and publishes at the International level. He is currently a PhD candidate conducting research at University College, London. Michel is certified in Value Management as well as in Project Management. Michel is a Seminar regular Keynote Speaker for major international events and Seminar Leader for PMI® SeminarsWorld since 2001. He is Adjunct Professor with the Lille Graduate School of Management in France, and visiting professor in Sydney, Australia. He provides his expertise to major organizations in various fields including construction, pharmaceutical, IT and IS, telecom, water treatment, transportation (air and rail) and others.
He has authored the book Value Management Practice.  He has also authored Program, Portfolio, Value and Stakeholders Management Chapters in other recently published books. He regularly writes and reviews for the International Journal of Project Management and is member of Advisory Boards or Technical Committees for major International Conferences. Michel is also past Director of the Project Management Institute’s Montreal and UK Chapters and past President of the European Governing Board for Value Management Certification and Training.
