Jason is an experienced communicator who has benefitted from a diverse career in a number of radically different industries. A bit of a renaissance man, and a philosophical thinker, Jason has leveraged his lifetime of experience to develop and hone a skill set for communicating meaningfully in collaborative environments.
In Ten years in the Navy in Submarine Communications Jason communicated in with a broad range of mediums, both written and spoken. The subject matter spanned the gamut, from personal, operational, administrative and interpersonal. The exposure to the highly disciplined world of military communications and protocol gave Jason a rare perspective as he moved into the civilian professional world.

Pat spent over 20 years as a PM, Practice Leader and Managing Director consulting working primarily in the Financial Service industries. From 2011 to 2017, she was an SVP at Citicorp, Credit Card Division. Citicorp commissioned Pat to deploy strict project management practices into the Pricing Department to avoid pricing errors and regulatory fines. In 2013, she introduced Lean tools for cross-ocean MIS reporting in Decision Analytics organization. From 2015 to 2017, she implemented a Big Data infrastructure in 22% of the time and with 4% of the budget leveraging Agile methodology. From 2017, Pat has worked as an Agile Coach and Change management consultant while concurrently teaching Agile and Project Management at UConn, and NYU.
