SNEC is proud to announce our three Keynote Speakers:

  • Michael Abrashoff is at the center of one of the most remarkable modern day stories of organizational transformation. At the age of 36, the Navy selected Mike to become Commander of USS Benfold. At the time he was the most junior commanding officer in the Pacific Fleet – on a ship that was plagued by low morale, high turnover and abysmal performance evaluations. Few thought that the ship could improve - yet 12 months later the ship was ranked #1 in performance – using the same crew. Join Mike to learn more about his leadership style - It's Your Ship - What Would You Do?
  • Craig Price has helped thousands of people learn to find the value in negative thoughts and emotions. This humorous, in-depth program puts the spotlight on what has shaped and what motivates the multi-generational workforce that exists today. Before you can manage a person, you need to understand them. Join Craig to hear more about The Realist's Guide to the New Workforce
  • Closing our professional development day, Pratt & Whitney Military Engines President Matthew Bromberg will reveal his insights on why leadership skills are so crucial to the effectiveness of Project Managers in high technology manufacturing environments. Join Matthew in his session: Project Management: Art vs. Science: Driving Execution Excellence by Developing PM Leadership to Better Use the PM Tools of the Trade
