The Optimizing Project Management (OPM) course provides a broad overview of project management including the key terms and concepts across twelve knowledge domains (ten of which are in the PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) 6th Edition plus two more important knowledge domains including conflict management and governance). Starting with organizational goals and objectives, the course positions project management as an engine for completing the project endeavor. The course will discuss important frameworks, useful tools and techniques, case studies, and an overview of the latest PMI certifications in project management (CAPM and PMP).
