Lost with A Full Tank of Gas: Re-thinking Traditional Project KPIs
with James Wolff, PMP

Timelines…burndown charts…earned-value calculations…risk registers. Project managers have numerous tools at their disposal to monitor and track project information, and recent improvements in BI tools and processes and the popular “dashboard” data visualization trend allows it to be presented more quickly and easily than ever.

But does project status tell the entire story? Does an “all green” dashboard mean project objectives are being achieved? Could other metrics be incorporated into the reporting that would provide additional context around project success or lack thereof? (Spoiler alert: this presentation will make the case that the answers are “no”…”no”…and “yes.”)

Bring your ideas, opinions, experiences, techniques or just plain curiosity to our discussion of project KPIs. Pre-registration is encouraged. Come and be ready to participate!
