Appreciate your top five strengths and discover practices to blend mindfulness and character strengths to successfully manage stress and enhance performance
with Ruth Pearce

The research says it all. Mindfulness leads to better health, reduced stress, and greater focus. Yet, despite the evidence, many of us don’t incorporate mindfulness day-to-day. More powerful than mindfulness alone, is the combination of mindfulness and character strengths. Research tells us that character strengths use leads to higher engagement and productivity.

Come learn about your levels of mindfulness, discover your top strengths and leave with practical resources to combine the two every day.

Learning objectives:
Understand the five facets of mindfulness and how they relate to you.
Appreciate your top five strengths and discover practices to blend mindfulness and character strengths to successfully manage stress and enhance performance.

Please take a moment and do these Assessments.  Bring the results with you to the Webinar !

She has been where you are now, acting as part of a team with a larger purpose, or as the compassionate leader of a team driving towards the goal. Whether that team is a collocated team with a short-term deliverable, or an international team spanning multiple continents, time-zones and work styles, Ruth has direct experience of engaging the team to achieve extraordinary results.

In addition to her wealth of experience, Ruth’s love of learning supports her passion for helping teams and their managers bring their best selves to work, as she continues to accumulate wisdom and knowledge from as many sources as she is able.
