The Art of Listening, Why it’s a Power Skill
with Patricia S. Kelly and Amy Paros

In project management, active listening skills are crucial. Active listening helps you to better understand other perspectives and helps leaders to feel understood. This skill strengthens our workplace relationships, which is shown to create positive emotions at work. We will discuss ways to help project teams strengthen interpersonal skills and collaboration which is one of the cornerstones of effective project management.
