Leading Multicultural Teams with Ease
with Marie Bankuti

Leading Multicultural Teams with Ease: dealing with or offering comparison between two or more different cultures or cultural areas

Does your team or company have individuals from different countries and cultural backgrounds? Are there communication struggles due to understanding terminology, accents, gestures, body language? Do issues arise that better communications could prevent, but you’re not sure how to make that happen?

In this program your team or company will:

  • Learn how to successfully navigate different terminology, accents, gestures and body language, and create a common “language”
  • Become more comfortable discussing and addressing communication challenges
  • Improve listening skills
  • Gain insights to different cultural norms and values in business
  • Understand how to better work with folks from different cultures
  • Develop a stronger alliance based on greater understanding
