PRESENTATION

How do you build a Culture of Innovation?

How do you build a Culture of Innovation?  Ripi Singh will reveal the answers…

It is a realization, that in spite of innovation being an executive priority, there are flaws in managing it. The situation can significantly improve when innovation is systematically managed.

In this path breaking talk, Ripi highlights the way to inspire innovation for enterprise excellence. He further defines 5 levels of Innovation Robustness Profile, and the 4 primary activities required to systematically progress the journey of innovation in your organization.

In this talk, you will learn how to:

  • Build a Strategic Roadmap of offerings,
  • Build Expertise to meet promised Roadmap,
  • Develop Innovative products /services, and
  • Improve productivity through alignment.

Using live examples, and case studies, Ripi will also demonstrate the value of this approach. This proven approach has evolved over the years of successfully managing turnaround and startup product development business units, and his association with successful business leaders, and Engineering & Business schools.
