Improving an Office Environment

Join us on Tuesday evening, February 4th, for a special collaborative event between SNEC-PMI Cromwell and Agile Hartford, sponsored by TEK Systems!

Presentation Description:
Gallup research indicates that in the US, $350 billion dollars a year is lost in productivity of workers due to workplace drama. As leaders in the workplace, workplace drama is something we must try to combat. By leveraging the voices of every person in the room we can do that. But how?

Learning Objectives:
In this session we will explore the use of Liberating Structures as a way to involve everybody in a room to solve or face tough problems. We will do that by experiencing several structures strung together as the collective intelligence of the room is harnessed to find ways to improve office environments.
