Svetlana is a senior level manager with 20 years of broad-based, progressive leadership experience. Her areas of expertise include business process engineering, redesign of IT enabled processes, exceptional success rate in delivery of IT and business projects, implementation and management of regulatory and compliance programs and implementation of quality processes including SOX, FDA and ISO 9000. She is versatile in a variety of industries and business models, both domestic and international, including property casualty and health insurance, pharmaceutical supply chain, engineering services, telecommunications, aerospace and customer service..
Previously, she worked as an Applications Release Manager in the Information Management Technology Solutions Group at Cigna where she was responsible for implementation of multi-platform projects utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies as well as SOX compliance.
Recently, Svetlana held a position of Program Manager Identity Lifecycle and Access Management with Chief Security Organization at AT&T where she led a program focused on user security and development of state-of-the-art identity management technologies with $10M in budget. She also managed application rationalization program. In that role, she provided key input into process and shaping roles and responsibilities for a restructured organization.
Currently, Svetlana holds a position of Manager Business Systems, Program and Project Management with UTC Aerospace Systems where she manages the delivery of critical fleet data and CRM projects and drives improvement of internal operations and software development best practices.
Svetlana is a member of SNEC. She held positions of VP, Public Relations and Board Member of Professional Development and Strategic Partnerships. She has passion for delivering results, efficiency, quality outcomes, and advocating the value of project management.
She holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering.
