Corporate Outreach Team Launches New Vision and Strategy
Congratulations to our new Corporate Outreach Portfolio leadership team! At the July Board of Directors meeting, Virginia Bogdan was elected Vice President and will be joined by Assistant Vice Presidents Joe Golin and Chris DiMicco. Together, they have developed a mission, vision, and strategy to expand SNEC-PMI's relationships with corporations throughout the region.
Mission: Build targeted relationships with large corporations to increase membership and attendance at SNEC-PMI events.
Vision: The largest corporations in our region gain mutual value through strong partnerships with SNEC-PMI.
MVP Strategy:
- Identify one large, multidivisional company to target initially.
Build a successful relationship with one division, then expand to other divisions within the company.
