Call for Speakers and Topics
Did you know that SNEC’s Programs portfolio has six committees that are always looking for speakers and topics? That’s not even counting other committees, such as Agilist Outreach, Education, Special Events, and Career Services, that occasionally produce events!
We love it when we can use these programs, both virtual and in-person, as an opportunity to highlight our members’ knowledge and experience.
You don’t have to be a world-renowned expert on some obscure subject to present at one of these meetings. All you need is a project-related topic that you’re passionate about and a deck, demo, or other structured way of getting the information across. You can even tag team with another presenter!
Topics cover a broad range:
- Case histories
- Project management tools
- Power skills
- Business savvy
- AI
- And much more…
Speaking at an SNEC event is a great way to add credibility to your resume, gain visibility on LinkedIn, and claim PDUs*—including for your prep time! We can even “shop you around” to other PMI chapters.
* If you hold one or more PMI credentials.
Interested in presenting? If you’d like to present on a topic related to project management, please contact [email protected]. We’ll find you the right audience.
P.S. Don’t want to present? How about letting us know what topics you’d like to hear about at our programs? Email [email protected] with your suggestions.
