New Format Starts July 9th

PMI has released new learning resources and an Exam Content Outline to assist members who plan to take the PMP exam after July 8th. The 180 questions on the new PMP exam will be more interactive and scenario-based.  The exam adds topics like AI, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.  The exam content shifts focus towards outcomes and value, and will cover predictive, hybrid, and agile methods. The domain areas are also rebalancing:

  • People (from 42% to 33%)
  • Process (from 50% to 41%)
  • Business Environment (from 8% to 26%)

Members who wish to take the current exam format need to complete the exam by July 8th.
