As a thriving Project Manager, one of your greatest challenges lies in your ability to communicate and influence your team to focus their efforts on a common goal. That vision, when skillfully shared; when its essence is not lost in the surrounding chatter, can act as a powerful magnet to mobilize your troops and move forward with your project. However, with the overwhelming impact of Social Media and the shrinking attention span - particularly in younger generations - it’s going to be increasingly difficult for your message to get heard, understood and acted upon.
Drawing from his leadership experience in the Speaking Profession, as well as his long-standing expertise as a movie trailer producer, Nabil will share the secrets of immersive cinematic and narrative techniques to zero in on the essence of your message and get the attention it deserves. You will learn critical aspects of communication such as “Inform, Influence, Inspire”, storifying your message, and getting buy-in from your audience.
In a highly entertaining, practical and interactive full-day session, you will discover how you can simplify your message and create a captivating narrative to present with flair and confidence regardless of group size and the scope of the project. Unleash your leader’s Voice and Expand your Influence in your projects and beyond!
